CEO of Medeama SC, James Asirifi has disclosed that, the bankroller of the club, Moses Armah Parker has lost interest in Ghana Football.
The 2017-18 Ghana Premier League was postponed indefinitely for the second time on Wednesday following an injunction from Accra Great Olympics.
Asirifi in an interview with Accra based Asempa FM revealed that, due to the ongoing raff battle between Great Olympics and the FA, the Tarkwa based side President Moses Armah Parker is frustrated and wants to quit football.
“Moses Parker is ready to give his dearest club away to anyone who wants it. He has lost interest in Ghana Football and is ready to give the club to anyone who wants it for free”.
On Monday, Armah’s side unveiled eleven new players for the league only to hear on Wednesday that, the league is postponed indefinitely.
“The injunction on the league is really taking a toll on the club owner”.
